OUR LEADERS

Meet our Senior Pastor, Reverend Doctor Eric Nichols and Lady Debora Nichols. The Nichols have been married for nearly 35 years, and out of their union of love came four (4) children and four (4) grandchildren.

They believe that family is the ultimate blessing, and personally believe this is how God chose to overflow their cup. Pastor Eric and Lady Debora have served in ministry together for over thirty years, in which twenty-two of those years, as Senior Pastor and First Lady.

Their approach to ministry is two-fold; the first is “always speak in love, but only use words to say it when necessary” The second is “we are humbled to know God has found something for our hands to do”. The Nichols are very down to earth people, who are excited about serving an out of this world God!

This loving and sweet spirit was born and raised in Chester, PA and is the loving wife of Pastor Eric Nichols and the mother of their four beautiful children (Eric Jr., Sharaia, Asia and Mark).

Affectionately known as Lady Debora or Lady Debbie, she is also the grandmother of five (Zion, Zaki, Zowi, David and Drew).

Lady Debora, gave her life to the Lord in 1989 and served Him as a Children’s Ministry Teacher for nearly 30 years and as a Deaconess for nearly a decade! She has served by her husband’s side as First Lady of Christ Tabernacle Church for 22 years! Lady Debora is a prayer warrior covering her husband and family, while always lifting up the sick and the infirmed.

Known for her sweet nature and gentle wisdom, Lady Debora is a born teacher; spiritually, of course, but also as her profession. She is a pre-school teacher for Delaware County Intermediate Unit, and has a degree in Early Childhood Education from Delaware Technical Community College.

“I don’t believe living your best life is living a life to impress others, but living a life that makes you happy!” ~ Lady Debora Nichols

Our Apostolic Overseers, Bishop Dickie L. Robbins and Pastor Tina L. Robbins, are the proud parents of three children and eleven grandchildren. United by faith and purpose, they have devoted their lives to ministry and service.

After their marriage in 1984, Pastor Tina and Apostle Dickie Robbins relocated to Pennsylvania to pursue the vision God had placed in his heart for their family and ministry. Driven by a deep desire to bring pleasure to God, they find great joy in helping others learn to love, embrace, and walk confidently in who God created them to be. In 1987, they founded Life in Christ Ministries together, embracing a holistic approach to ministry designed to minister to the whole person, body, soul, and spirit, with a strong emphasis on evangelism and social justice.

Bishop Robbins’ educational journey began in the Chester-Upland School District. After graduating from Chester High School in 1975, he continued his undergraduate studies at Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of Delaware, a Master’s Degree in Christian Ministry from Chesapeake Bible Seminary, and a Master of Social Service from Bryn Mawr College.
